we are a family of 4 that wants to transform their 5th generation 4 acres property, of pine and oak forest and olive grove into a botanical and regenerative agroforest and a sanctuary for biodiversity, as well as, regenerative experiences of re-connection of our community to their nature

our story
the project was born in 2020, when we returned to our homeland Portugal after a decade of living between India, the UK, and Greece, and took ownership of our abandoned family lands and home. Amid the pandemic, we realized, how rich we were because of our nature, our land and its natural processes

Floresta das Lebres was born from the hope to regenerate ourselves, whilst contributing to the regeneration of our local, national and global communities, through the regeneration of our land

- preparing production of olive oil, honey and wild mushrooms for 2024
